Below is the full customization process and service guidelines for your reference.
I. Customization Process (4 Steps to Your Bespoke Garment)
1. Initial Consultation — Precise Matching of Your Needs
Our mini-program offers thousands of style references, or you may send us photos, preferred styles, and intended occasions (business, daily wear, formal events). Please also provide basic measurements such as height, weight, and shoulder width (self-report or book a free in-studio measurement service for premium-tier clients). Our studio is located in Nancun, Panyu District, Guangzhou.
Within 12 hours, we will respond with 3–5 Old-Money–style fabric swatches, hardware samples, and a “Customization Requirement Confirmation Form.”
2. Fabric & Trims Selection — Finalizing the Details
Free physical fabric samples are available (shipping included for premium orders; standard orders pay shipping or deduct after payment). Hardware material inspection reports and live video review are also supported.
Together we will confirm the collar, cuffs, embroidery (if applicable), lining materials, and other details. Old-Money aesthetics emphasize refined simplicity, avoiding excessive embellishment. The scope of handcraft work and production timeline will also be confirmed.
3. Staged Payment System — Protecting Both Parties
Standard Custom Orders (2,000–3,000 RMB value)|Full payment upfront
Premium Handcrafted Orders (Five-Digit Value)|50% deposit (material procurement) → Material arrival payment (begin production) → Semi-finished approval payment (finishing processes) → Final 50% before shipment (after inspection)
Payment methods: mini-program, WeChat Pay, or Alipay. Electronic invoices are available.
4. Production Updates & Delivery
Standard orders require 7–15 days; premium handcrafted orders require 20–45 days. Progress photos are provided weekly.
After triple quality inspection, premium items are shipped via SF Express with insured dust-proof gift packaging (insurance equals the full order value). Standard orders receive free SF shipping.
II. Service Policy & After-Sales Guarantee
Customized products are uniquely made and not eligible for unconditional returns. However, if the size deviation exceeds 1 cm or materials differ from the agreement, we offer free alteration or remake.
Handcrafted workmanship includes 1-year free repairs; hardware replacement (non-human damage) is free within 6 months. Lifetime care consultation is provided.
Mid-way cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable (material costs incurred will be deducted; any remaining balance may be refunded).
